The transformation of the transition “From School to Work” since the mid-1990s has greatly changed the working style of young people and their lives. Under such circumstances, young people are now aiming to remain or return to their “Home Town”. The previous studies, based on the place called “Home Town”, have been considering the new way of their career formation as an alternative to the “Standard Career” before the mid-1990s. However, these attempts will be difficult, since the previous studies have framed “Home Town” with the following concepts: “Rural” and “Non-Elite” based on the value of previous career formation, called “Standard Career”.
