The author of the paper conducted field research in these cities in August 2017. This paper will briefly describe the cultural activities of Jewish people with their neighbors there. In Cairo, where only six Jews are remaining, the community is formed around them. Ms. Magda Haroun, the leader of the community and the youngest woman of the six, is maintaining the community and trying to preserve the Jewish heritage in Egypt. In Istanbul, 15,000 - 18,000 Jews are living; they still keep their community active and know their own language, Judeo-Spanish.
