Our previous research demonstrated that Simple Adaptive Control (SAC) with a PID compensator could automatically control an aircraft even after the dynamic characteristics change due to aircraft damage only under predetermined desired value. Now we focus on the interaction between the pilot’s input and the adaptive controller.
