First we analyzed the teachers’ description on their guidance to the students, and extracted four ideas, “guidance belief”, “goodness of graduation research”, “ingenuity of guidance”, “guidance to unsuccessful students”. Next, we examined whether there is a difference of guidance and support depending on the years of teaching experience. As a result, differences in guidance and support are seen between the teachers who have taught for less than 15 years and those who have taught over 15 years, which is, the more teaching experience a teacher has, the more he or she would recognize goodness of “graduation research” and the more description he or she gives. Collaborative learning has been adopted at the school where our research is done, and the students recognize its effectiveness.
