The first objective is to clarify the definition and condition of teacher’s collaboration, then the correspondence relationship between teacher’s collaboration and school self-evaluation. Then the second objective is to clarify the concrete condition so that school self-evaluation have an impact on collaboration among teachers, which is not well examined in Japan. This article has strong focus on the Helen Simons’ school self-evaluation theory.
