However, the original data for the 13 years from 1938 to 1950 have been lost. In this paper, means for the lost 13 years were estimated using original datasets from before and after the 13 years. Two different series of mean values, both including the 13 years were digitized from hand-drawn figures. In the process, some incorrect data in the original figures were detected.
