A qualitative approach helps develop or draw out the motivations behind the study, identify research questions, yield interpretation based on logical reasoning, achieve new theory, and redefine existing hypotheses. In the paper, a deviant case that may falsify the proposition and help inform new theories and concepts is shown. The article also explains how researchers can demonstrate their credibility through the way they provide accurate documentation that is congruent to the phenomenon under study. The partnership model is one of the major techniques to make findings and interpretations in qualitative studies credible.
