Research of the URA education program in Japan has been started by a URA project of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in 2011. After the project, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology has used the results and started an education program for research management in their professional graduate school of MOT.
