Economics"}]}]},"item_4_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2016年８月の山本幸三行政改革担当大臣就任と続く筆者（三輪）の大臣補佐官就任以後の準備期間を経た同年12月の経済財政諮問会議の「統計改革の基本方針」決定により，「EBPM推進体制の構築」を第１議題とする統計改革推進会議が創設された．この会議の活動開始を明確な契機として，政府のEBPM推進の取り組みがスタートし，その後の大方の予想を上回るスピードでの展開を経て今日に至っている．2020年２月に刊行された大橋弘編『EBPMの経済学』（大橋編，2020）は，この取り組みの本格化後まもなくTCERのconference企画としてスタートし，２年強の時間をかけて出版にこぎつけたものである．各論文（そしてペアとなる各コメント）の内容はかなりのバラツキがある（端的に言えば，実質的にバラバラ）．\n
