Its microfilm is open to the public in Library of Education, National Institute for Educational Policy Research. However, previous studies have never referred to it. In this study, I deciphered his handwritten text on the Notes and examined the feature of each part of it. Mainly by comparing the description of the Notes and Yasujima's article published in 1983, I ascertained the following facts: (1) The Notes was written in the period between Autumn 1981 and March 1983; (2) the aim of making the Notes is to organize information for writing his paper published in 1983.
