Modern Welsh has two major types of verbal constructions: periphrastic constructions formed with inflected bod ‘be’ and verb nouns, and inflectional constructions in which tense, number and person are expressed on inflected main verbs. On this research I examined both types of constructions above, and diagonosed intransitive and transitive properties based on the presence of direct obejects.
