Firstly, in collecting data, especially in the case of investigating dead languages, a more comprehensive list could be created by devising methods, such as searching from related adjectives and other words. In comparison with Luraghi's (2010) previous study, I found that the results varied significantly depending on the idea of whether the mediopassive is marked and the choice of vocabulary used to create the verb list. It was suggested that there is a need to unify the criteria and the lexical selection when making comparisons between languages.
