This kind of complex sentences are often used in Chinese, but very few analyses are found in the literature. Taking the comparative correlative construction as an example, this paper analyzes the syntactic structure of such complex sentences. Chinese comparative correlative sentences can appear in various word orders, but some of the patterns are unacceptable.
