| 内容記述 | 本稿は,スリランカの民族紛争の特徴,国際社会との関係,今後の見通しなどについて述べたものである.スリランカの民族紛争の最大の要因は,独立後の政治のあり方にあるというのが,本稿の第一の主眼である.次に,この紛争は,スリランカの国内問題という観点からだけでは捉えきれないものを持っているというのが,第二の主眼である.なぜならば,スリランカに近い南インドのタミル・ナードゥ州政府がスリランカの政治に影響を及ぼすからであり,更にはそうしたタミル・ナードゥ州の政治的動向が,今度はインド中央政府の対スリランカ政策に関わってくるからである.今後の見通しは,スリランカの民族問題をどのように解決していくのかという点と関係している.2002年2月ノルウェー政府の仲介により成立したLTTEとの無期限停戦合意は,スリランカ政府・LTTEの双方の信頼醸成のあかつきに,最終的な目標である平和をもたらそうとするもので,興味深い. | |||||

| 内容記述 | This thesis states the characteristics of Sri Lanka's ethnic conflict, its connection with international society and the future prospects. The most important factor in causing Sri Lanka's ethnic conflict is the politics of Sri Lanka after its independence. The next important factor is the politics of Tamil Nadu and India because the politics of Tamil Nadu where the same Tamil ethnic people with those of Sri Lanka live and India in which the state of Tamil Nadu consists as one of the important states influences the politics of Sri Lanka. The future prospects are related to the point that how they solve this problem. The way to bring about peace by the cease-fire agreement for an indefinite period which was realized through the intermediation of Norwegian government is noteworthy. | |||||
