| 内容記述 | In Myanmar, a lot of non-state armed organizations have existed and sporadic internal conflicts have been protracted since independence. The government has taken priority over achieving peace after transition from military junta to democratic system in March 2011. The signing ceremony of the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement was held on 15 October 2015, since then the NCA process has started. While less than half of major non-state armed organizations have participated in this NCA process, some non-state organizations have been engaged in fighting with Myanmar military and some organizations have required another peace process. The government place NCA process as the unique peace process and has implemented this process with NCA signatories. On the other hand, the government has negotiated with NCA non-signatories. Accordingly, present peace process in Myanmar could cognize as a double track process. / In this paper, this double track process is defined as the current peace process. The purpose of this paper is to organize the movement of this complex process for further theoretical analysis. And introduce some speculation about the significance of the NCA process by non-state armed organizations and future of the NCA process. | |||||||||
