内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to define the concept of multidisciplinary collaboration in schools and construct a framework for organizing previous research to better understand collaboration in schools and increase support for students. First, I discussed the social context that has led to the need for multidisciplinary collaboration in schools. Currently, the issues that teachers face are so complex and difficult that they can no longer be addressed by individuals. Second, I organized the patterns and issues relating to multidisciplinary collaboration that were explored in previous studies in the medical and welfare fields. These fields have a substantial amount of accumulated research and a clear definition of the concept. Third, I defined collaboration within a school setting and constructed a framework for the organization of the previous research. / I defined “multidisciplinary collaboration in schools” as multiple institutions and individuals, including non-professionals, working together to solve problems that cannot be solved by individual teachers or within schools. They utilize their varied expertise, experiences, and perspectives to better guide and support children and educational practices. Future research should focus on the exploration of the experiences and applications of individuals through observations and narratives that depict the difficulties and richness of collaboration between other professions. | |||||||||
