| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to point out the problems of the long working hour culture in Japanese natural science laboratories, especially that is a career disadvantage for female researchers and damages mental health for graduate students, based on existing research, and to identify research issues to clarify his/her research environment. The issues include the following three points: 1) to study diverse organizations and people; 2) to identify the impact of faculty’s business on students; 3) to follow the relationship between policy changes surrounding graduate education and the research environment over time. | |||||||||
