内容記述 | Resident autonomy cannot be realized without resident’s sense of autonomy. This study focused on resident activities in Itabashi Ward and examined what support the improvement of residents’ sense of autonomy there by analyzing the development process of the resident activities and narratives of the person who have been involved since the beginning of the activities. Through the analysis, four important points of learnings methods were found: learnings based on universal philosophy, learning process sharing, loose network and learnings related to daily life. | |||||||||
