| 内容記述 | 本稿では，⼆つの課題を扱う。第⼀に，⽂書を，⾔語学や語学が扱う⾔語・⾔語表現との対⽐で特徴づけることである。図書館情報学では，⽂書をめぐる理論的・実践的考察がなされてきたが，これまで⽂書における⾔語表現の位置付けはあまり検討の対象とされてこなかった。第⼆に，専⾨⽤語集の⽂書としての位置付けと専⾨⽤語研究における専⾨⽤語集の位置付けを明確にすることである。専⾨⽤語集は図書館情報学の観点からはレファレンス・ツールとみなされるが，そのような視点は専⾨⽤語研究において場を占めていない。本稿では，これら⼆点の整理を通して，図書館情報学が⾔語表現を扱うことの位置付けと，それを踏まえた専⾨⽤語研究の⽅向性を⽰す。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper addresses two issues. The first issue is characterizing documents in comparison with language expressions studied in linguistics. In library and information science, much work has been devoted to the theoretical and practical clarification of the nature of documents. However, the nature of language expressions in documents has not been examined. The second issue is clarifying the role of terminologies as documents and their position in terminology research. From the perspective of library and information science, terminologies are considered a type of reference tool, but this perspective has not been adopted in terminology research. By addressing these two issues, this paper highlights the position of library and information science in relation to language expressions and outlines the requirements for terminology research from the point of view of library and information science. | |||||||||
