内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to examine ""network"" for education, such as collaboration between school and local community, being assumed self-directive management of school and independence of community residents. It has been said that from now on public administration requires transparency, accountability, participation, and equity. Such a new style, or systems, of governing can be seen as ""governance"". One of the most significant ""governance"" patterns is network-based. Network is more expansive and uncertain than government. It has a multiple of patterns and mutual interdependence. Incentives are needed in order to form it, as participants determine whether or not to participate into a network. In addition, it's critical to take into account the degree of cohesive and the regulatory cost for exchange. I focus on a case as an example of making networks, which is Oita prefecture's promotion project for collaboration between schools and local community. From my observation of this project, I suggest that it needs the function of each secretariat, which is at school, in community, and in local government, and that it emphasizes the settings of network area and the dynamics of social activities. | |||||
