| 内容記述 | How can we develop collaborative school-community partnerships that support ""at risk"" youth to improve their life and to make their way? In USA intergenerational mentoring program is recognized to be one of such those strategies. Across Ages is a comprehensive, Intergenerational mentoring program designed to reduce adolescent ATOD use and to increase their problem-solving skills and to help older adults (55+) maintain active roles in their communities. Across Ages is noted for its positive program evaluation. With a good reference to its outcome or process data, I am going to discuss the mentoring factor on this comprehensive program, taking a suggestion of the view point of ""Learning by Expanding"" | |||||
