| 内容記述 | Why is it difficult for adults to support youth today ? In this paper, I will explore this problem on examining the development and the arts of one on one Mentoring Programs for Youth at risks in USA, especially noticing the risks of programs. Nevertheless, I dare say mentoring is one of the effective methods not only to support youth but to be rewarding to adults mentors, if it is carried out of caring for youth concern. From these points of view, I suggest the paradigm shift from traditional linear development concepts that adults expect for youth to be, to dynamic systems approach to the development linking youth to adults. | |||||
