| 内容記述 | in Thailand, the hierarchical labor contract has emerged in the form of firm with in the manufacturing sector, while the remaining sectors have been still dominated by the structureless labor market. The str-ucturless labor market can be expressed as the big ocean in which the small islands such as the firm are now being emerged (please refer to my essay, “Methamorphosis of Labor Market in Dyadic Economic Sys-tem”, this Memoirs No.87). This paper tries to observe more concretely the inner situations of the strucureless labor market, especially focussing on the labor contract in rice cultivation. It has been made clear that both the traditional mutual labor exchange (Chuai Kan) and the recent form of employing labor by paying cash wage (Rap Chang) are reflecting the dyadic hum-an relationships. | |||||
