| 内容記述 | Francis Bacon, who lived in the age of "the Scientific Revolution" said, "Human knowledge and human power meet in one". He believed that man should seek knowledge for the benefit and use for life. But Aristotle's philosophy was so speculative and controversial that it was incapable of begetting works. On the contrary, the mechanical arts were useful, because they led immediate benefit, moreover, they took off the mask and veil from natural objects, which were commonly obscured under the variety of external appearance. Bacon concieved the mechanical arts as Experiment and used it for inquiry of the form of nature. For him, Experiment was the aid of human senses and minds, which were occupied idola, ie, false ideas. In this paper, I tried to show that Bacon's Experiment meant intended and organised human actions, which were essencial to acquire knowledges. | |||||
