| 内容記述 | In the past 30 years, China has accomplished economic development via a process of catching up to the developed countries. However, its higher education still has a long distance to walk. Keeping a balance between supply and demand in higher education market became a difficult problem for Chinese government. Since 1999, as a new private sector, independent college emerged and developed at top speed. This paper analyzes the formation process of independent college and the architecture of its system. | |||||
