内容記述 | Educational reform since 1970's has tried to make schools open to the community. In this paper, firstly, I confirm the transition of this reform and indicate that the idea behind the reform has changed on the way. At the beginning, this reform aimed to reflect the demand of parents in school administration. But, with stepwise implementation of making two days off per week in schools, it changed to aim at making schools to use support by parents and community in order to downsize schools'work. In addition, in the era of decentralization, the leadership of Principal was made strengthened, and, Principal was expected to face the demands of parents and the community. Secondly, I indicate that this trend of school reform has discouraged teachers from cooperation, in the result, it may have been difficult to share the demand of parents which is figured out by teachers in school administration. Finally, I show the research issue about democratic school management. | |||||
