| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to clarify the factors causing some cities to restructure the organization of education board, supplementarily relegating the lifelong learning and social education department to mayoral subsidiary agency. // The restructuring of regional education administration is to “decentralize” decision-making based on communities in the case of Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. These are some of the reasons why the city government reorganized education board and redefined “Kominkan” as a place where community residents have the opportunity to learn and to relate to a multiple of people. | |||||
