内容記述 | Support of the pervasive developmental disorder (PDD) is regarded as important. Especially, it is reported that the families of the child with PDD hold various difficulties and the support for them is as important as that for the child with PDD. Therefore in this article bibliographical survey is conducted. The four important factors of the support for families are considered, i.e. provision of information, encouragement of coping with, psychological support for the families, and the cooperation by the various types of supporters. Through such these support, the families come under as following positive influences. They are reduction of a feeling of burden and a feeling of self-reproach, acquisition of the anti-stress robustness, and a change of the recognition for the family member with the obstacle. A combination of important supports is expected to mitigate families difficulties and improve their quality of life. | |||||
