内容記述 | The aim of this paper is to contribute to the establishment of sociological theory of educational reforms. Understanding the educational reforms has long been a major focus of sociology of education. But it has not adequately considered the mechanism of them. By the way, rational choice theory has been receiving increasing attention among sociologists, because it explains the proper conception of the relation between individual and social levels successfully according to James Coleman. And Raymond Boudon proposed 'cognitivist model'and pointed out the limitations of rational choice theory. Additionally, I refer to the sociology of failing in reforms.
