These results suggest that distraction has variety of intention and effect. Study II shows the common distraction process by a questionnaire. 内容記述 | Distraction is one of representative strateies to improve unpleasant mood. However, distraction may make one feel worse and worse if one fails. In order to investigate effective, this study illustrates how one distracts depressed mood in one's significant stressful event. Study I consists of three investigations to obtain information related to distraction, for example, intention, effect, frequency, kinds, and so on. These results suggest that distraction has variety of intention and effect. Study II shows the common distraction process by a questionnaire. The result of factor analysis supports the complicated process implicated by study I. | |||||
