| 内容記述 | For the past 30 years, social scientists have devoted increasing attention to horizontal inequalities based on college major. However, the possibility of these inequalities has not been regarded as major topics in Japan. In this paper, I review theoretical studies on college major. Also, I discuss empirical studies that treat determinants or labor market outcomes of college major. In conclusions, I propose directions of future studies focusing on the links between inequalities and college major. | |||||
