内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to explore why the plan of probationary teachers was deleted in Law for Special Regulations Concerning Educational Public Service (LEPS). Some research suggested that the plan of probationary teachers was frustrated because Civil Information and Education Section (CIE) required the Japan Educational Reform Committee (JERC) to modify that plan. As a result of analysis, I founded the half-year period of probationary teachers was deleted in LEPS because it was replaced half-year of the conditional period of employment that was introduced into LEPS from the National Public Service Law. | |||||
