内容記述 | This paper clarifies whether there is a relation between the self-recognition of physical features of elementary school students and the tendency of being bullied. It also clarifies the type of elementary school students' sub-culture that was prevalent if such a relation existed. We discovered the following two points from the analysis of the questionnaire survey conducted among fourth to sixth grade students in the elementary school. First, in the elementary school students' sub-culture of both male and female students, appearance complexes and the tendency of being bullied are related. This is more pronounced for female students than for male students. Second, among male students who are adapting to a group of fellow students, appearance complexs and a tendency for being bullied related. On the contrary, only among female students who have not adapted to the group of fellow students are appearance complexes and a tendancy for being bullied related. Accordingly, the following may be deduced. Although physical features and the tendency for being bullied are related, this is dependent on whether male and female students have adapted to their fellow students. |
