| 内容記述 | This study focuses on mediators of participating School-Community Partnerships, and intends to clarify how those people influence bonding social capital and bridging social capital accumulated on School-Support organization. Objects of this study are volunteer workers who engage themselves in School-Support volunteer activities; such as mathematical classes, career education and I had collected data from March/ 2016 to August/ 2018. By long-term qualitative analysis, bonding social capital promotes generating trustworthiness, and being based on this trustworthiness, retirees cross the frontier into different organization. As a result, people who have various expertise come to participate School-Support volunteer works and community capital, that not only School-Support members but also teachers or students are able to use, would be accumulated. | |||||
