| 内容記述 | This piece aims to examine relationship-building between caregivers and guardians from a specialized caregiver’s perspective through reviewing research related to guardian support. We considered the literature regarding relationships with guardians from three fields: the development of skills as a caregiver, the challenges that arise when dealing with guardians, and caregiver training. With regard to developing relationships with guardians, we discovered a relationship between mastery and the caregiver’s number of years of experience. However, the main cause of this correlation remains unclear. Additionally, although there were complicated challenges associated with dealing with the guardians, it was observed that the ability to overcome them is tied to a shift in the caregiver’s sense of values, and that, although the importance of guardian support training was identified, there is no clear model for how to implement such training concretely. While the importance of guardian support was identified, we also identified the necessity for research explaining this in connection with caregiver training. | |||||
