内容記述 This study explored the attitudes of teachers working at three public combined junior and senior high schools. (Chap.2) In the survey on current perceptions of the schools to which they belong, there were items for which the answers tended to be the same, and items with high independence by school. The problem for all schools was that it was difficult to see the "Decision process of educational content" of different school type. Factor analysis revealed 3 factors: "Transboundary culture" "Curriculum" and "Information sharing". (Chap.3) According to the survey on cooperation, around half of the teachers were highly motivated to improve their schools crossing the border between the junior and senior high schools. The analysis of the correlation between each item suggests that frequent "opportunities of observing classes" and "opportunities to interact with the students at the attached schools" may be a clue to developing ideal teachers in combined junior and senior high schools. (Chap.4) In the items of the survey on attitudes toward instruction, junior high school teachers and high school teachers had different ideas in the following education philosophy respectively; "difference in academic ability", "education free from pressure" and "life guidance". (Chap.5) There were also differences in the study of learning from different school types of teachers, suggesting that the knowledge, skills, and attitudes accumulated by working in each school type were different. It became clear that they had a positive effect on each other. (Chap.7) However, in personnel exchange, there are various conflicts between teachers from different school type. (Chap.6) In the item which investigated desirable way of public combined junior and senior high schools, the teachers' own thoughts were different from the present state in the belonging school.
