内容記述 | Adaptive Iterative Dose Reduction (AIDR) 3Dおよび生食後押しを使用することで、より低被曝、少量の造影剤で冠動脈computed tomography angiography (CTA)を行えると言われている。まず、管電流を40%低減して撮像し、AIDR 3Dを用いて再構成を行っても、画質は保持されることが示された。また、ファントム実験では大焦点撮像で500 mAまでなら小焦点270 mA撮像をすることで主観的画質が保たれると考えられた。次に、生食後押しを行うことで、特に遠位部で冠動脈の増強効果やcontrast-to-noise ratio (CNR)の改善を認めつつ、造影剤量を14%低減できると考えられた。さらに、単相性注入と比較して二相性注入により、冠動脈近位部と遠位部の濃度差を減少できると考えられた。 | |||||
