内容記述 | In this paper, it is made clear based on the case study of the municipality which introduced the special educational area system for what kind of role the supervisor of municipality arrangement has played in the reform of the educational system of municipality./ The role of supervisor in reform of the educational system has been drawn by picturing with this case study how the supervisor realized agenda setting of the mayor. The supervisor embodied so that the school might tend to have accepted the campaign agenda of mayor. Therefore, the supervisor has grasped the situation and subject of the school, chose the method for which research and adjustment were repeated and it was suitable, and performed environmental management. Although general administrative officer may also be possible, when the supervisor which has the professional expertise about school education, such as curriculum and educational guidance, and the network with the school bears too, the work of this each itself probably, it is realizable as what was more suitable for the school. If supervisor stand in between, the measure according to the situation of the school is chosen and it does not introduce especially by decentralization while various actors, such as mayor, and assembly, the board of education, tends to do influence, it is difficult to attain the target of the policy | |||||
