| 内容記述 | The purposes of this paper are to introduce Drafts of High School Establishment Standard and to comment about them. High School Establishment Standard was enacted in January 1948. The Ministry of Education established a Secondary School Standards Committee to let them write drafts of the standard in March 1947 just before the enactment of School Education Law. This paper introduces seven drafts. As well as the committee, the Ministry of Education and the CIE seemed to be involved in making them. We can understand by examing these drafts how and to what degree they had tried to maintain the quality of new high schools | |||||
