内容記述 地震時の構造物の振動をアクティブに抑制する一つの効率的な手法を提案する.その基礎となる考え方は,出力限界や応答遅れなどアクチュエータの能力の制約を精密に扱うことにある.この新しい制御規範によって駆動されるアクチュエータは,巨大地震時にも正常に作動することができるという利点をもつ.
