内容記述 | Secondary tasks can be used to measure how much effort a given primary tasks requires from the pilot. However, there are many different types of secondary tasks, each with their own merits and demerits. In this paper we discuss a number of commonly used secondary task types and their limitations. We will specifically look at problems that may arise when combining secondary task measurements with other objective measures of pilot workload, including psychophysiological data such as heart rate and heart rate variability. We discuss our experiences with various types of secondary tasks in experiments where subjects flew our fixed-base flight simulator. | |||||
