| 内容記述 | This study aims to clarify the structure of understanding intellectual disabilities through transactions. In this study, understanding disabilities through transactions was regarded as linguistically interpretative acts by agency. Interviews, using a stimulated-recall procedure, were conducted with ten high school students who had participated in transactional activities with a group of students with intellectual disabilities. Interpretative analysis was conducted on the linguistic expressions used in the transaction evaluation (TE), which involves participants mentioning themselves in the middle of an evaluative description of others. Through a qualitative analysis, TE expressions could be categorized into four functions. Consequently, it was clarified that understanding intellectual disabilities through transactions has a circular structure. Moreover, when the modification of agencies, such as reconstructions of perspectives, hierarchy of value, obviousness of self, and group category, were promoted, the circle became a spiral structure in which the understanding of both the others and oneself was complementary; this was done by both the agent and object moving their respective dimensions of the relationship. | |||||
