| 内容記述 | This article reviews the theory of teacher’s collaboration and that of school self-evaluation for teacher’s collaboration. The first objective is to clarify the definition and condition of teacher’s collaboration, then the correspondence relationship between teacher’s collaboration and school self-evaluation. Then the second objective is to clarify the concrete condition so that school self-evaluation have an impact on collaboration among teachers, which is not well examined in Japan. This article has strong focus on the Helen Simons’ school self-evaluation theory. It was clarified that Simons’ view corresponds to Andy Hargreaves’ theory of teachers’ collaboration, and that she pays special attention to the distribution of power as a condition of school self-evaluation to function. | |||||
