| 内容記述 | 現在の⽇本の美術館における教育普及活動は単発的・短期的なイベントが中⼼であり，深い学びを促進する点で不⾜があると考えられる。本研究では，⻑期的プログラムが参加者にとってより良い学習効果を提供する可能性について検討した。⻑期的プログラムを実施している2つの美術館の担当学芸員にインタビューを⾏った結果，以下のことが明らかになった。1. ⻑期的プログラムは，単発のプログラムよりも個⼈の学びに⼤きな影響を与える；2. ⻑期的プログラムは，美術館を中⼼としたコミュニティの形成にも寄与する。⼀⽅で，多くの美術館で⻑期的プログラムがほとんど実施されていない背景には，⼈的・物的リソースの不⾜が関係していることが判明した。このリソース不⾜が，⻑期プロジェクトの学習効果が具体的に検証されていない要因にもなっている。これらの結果から，⻑期的プログラムの可能性と，それを推進するための課題が浮き彫りになった。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Education programs in art museums are often short-term events that may lack the depth needed to foster profound learning. This study examined the potential of long-term programs to improve learning outcomes for participants. Interviews with educators from two art museums that run long-term programs revealed the following insights: (1) Long-term programs have a greater impact on individual learning compared to one-off events; (2) They also contribute to the formation of communities centered around the art museum. However, the lack of long-term programs in many museums is linked to insufficient human and material resources. This resource shortage also hinders the concrete evaluation of the learning effects of long-term programs. These findings highlight the potential benefits of long-term programs, as well as the challenges that must be addressed to implement them effectively. | |||||||||
